Truck Lunches

Updated the calendar with truck outings. Sorry we haven't been out as much for lunch, working on the cafe area of the kitchen is a lot of work. Hoping to re-use a lot of the things we removed. Keep up on Facebook, Instagram and Twitter.

We'll have the events updated as soon as we get our schedule in order. Remember even though the truck isn't out during the cold season we still cater during this time. Although the truck items aren't usually around for cold season catering we will personalize each and every menu for you. Entrees, passed and buffet style appetizers available.

Shrimp Tacos (2) 9.00 <gf>

seasoned pan seared shrimp, chipotle lime cream sauce, pico de gallo and avocado in grilled corn tortillas served w/lime wedges

Chicken Tacos (2) 7.00 <gf>

grilled seasoned chicken topped with onions, cilantro and our salsa verde on grilled corn tortillas served w/lime wedges

We've also added Carne Guisada tacos, something we discovered and absolutely loved on a past trip to Texas.

We have our own licensed commercial kitchen located in St. Paul.
